So, I realize its been a while sense i last updated this journal so i do apologize. Life has been so busy lately with graduation and everything. I also realize that i normally dont update that often anyway but with my new Laptop I should be able to update more often.
So, just to sum up what has happened, I recently graduated high school (WOOT) and so i have been getting stuff done so i can attend college after summer is over. I have also been trying to get a job and make my own money so my wonderful mom doesn't have to keep paying for me. Its hard to watch someone you love struggle to keep you happy so i will try my best.
One of the most recent events is the lack of wisdom teeth in my mouth... I tell you what, when you people who are reading this get your wisdom teeth out you better be prepared for some weird Sh*t. im not saying its the worst thing in the world, im just saying its.... strange. The first thing they tell you is that you cant have anything to eat after midnight the night before. Then, when you go to get the procedure done they get you all nice and comfortable and then they stick this oxygen thing over your nose. I felt like some retarded super-hero-crack-head with this thing on my face.
After I got nice and "settled" in the chair the doctors son came in and wrapped one of those rubber things around my arm so they could try and find the vein in my hand. apparently that was a little difficult for the nurses because they couldnt figure out if they got the IV in my vein or not... That is not a conversation you want to over hear when those are the people who are in charge of making sure everything goes over smoothly. Needless to say I felt like i was the person who always gets screwed over in the horror movie... Anyways, after they got the IV to work (finally), the doctor walks in and starts rambling about falling asleep on the couch when you watch T.V. By this time i'm looking at this guy like hes grown six heads and has tentacles coming out of his ears because i cant understand a god damn word this guy is saying and i could of cared less at this point.
When i was finally put under they started the surgery and that's when it got interesting. The entire time i was under i was in that state where you were aware of what was happening around you but it didn't matter. it was like my life was a blur. Even weirder was the fact that i could feel them working in my mouth at the same time... it wasn't scary, just, weird.
Even though I broke out in a cold sweat and almost fainted on the bathroom floor (long story), I still think i did a pretty good job with it. I may not have remembered most of it and i may not have known were my lip or chin was due to the numbness but i did pretty well. Just make sure you have stocked up on pudding and jello and your set.
Sorry this isn't as funny or interesting as i would have liked it to have been. I am currently typing this up at 11:40 at night because i couldn't sleep. oh yeah! If you guys are fans of Idina Menzel i suggest you listen to her album "Still I Can't Be Still." Its a favorite of mine. Also, Wanda Sykes is a great comedian. The only thing about her is that she cusses and she is married to a woman. Personally, it doesn't matter to me but to some people it does so i am being wary of others. I dont even know why I said that because its not like your opinion effects me anyways.
RIGHT!! I think its about time for me to stop this ramblin... Im still not tired though... Oh well. Till next time!
Be safe! I love my webcam!!
